Stapylton Engineering was born from our very successful parent company, Multinail Machinery, a leading supplier of machinery for the timber truss and frame manufacturing industry within Australia, South Africa, New Zealand and Asia.We have utilised the talent of their trades people, highly skilled engineers and project management staff to offer a quality general engineering service.

 

We have an excellent range of up-to-date workshop equipment and facilities. We regard our workshop staff to be proficient and productive. Our management staff boasts many years of experience in a variety of different projects. The office boasts 3D design and drafting facilities complimented by our state-of-the-art ERP system. Occupational Health & Safety

As part of our ongoing operating procedures we undesrtand the importance of Occupational Health and Safety. This is of utmost concern within our organisation and no shortcuts are taken regarding onsite as well as inhouse safe working practices. Here at Stapylton Engineering we have a fulltime OH & S officer who maintains SOPs (Safe Operating Procedures) on a dialy basis and is controlled in conjunction with our automated purchasing ERP system. This means new products, new Material Safety Data Sheets, new machinery, new Safe Operating Procedures!

State of the art CAD Facilities

We proudly use one of the industry's most powerful 3D CAD modelling packages available on the market. Autodesk® Inventor allows our highly skilled engineering department to create, manipulate and apply working loads to any piece of machinery, civil structure or simple components that we are required to manufacture or erect. 3D technology of this calibre means BOM's and shop floor drawings are 100% accurate and allows Stapylton Engineering to maintain its high level of quality jobbing that our current base of clients have come to expect and deserve.
